Audrey is a licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive background in Cardiothoracic/Vascular surgery and Intensive Care. She holds many post graduate certifications in medical wellness, weight loss therapies as well as medical aesthetics. She founded Rise Up Medical and Wellness after a personal journey with her health and now wants to be able to help others in similar situations. Through her personal and professional experiences she has made it her mission to help men and women customize their weight loss and wellness journeys to become the most healthy, confident versions of themselves. Whether the goal is a number on the scale, feeling comfortable in their skin or being able to play outside with their kids, she is here to help every step of the way.

Meet our massage therapist, Roxie! Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020, she specializes in deep tissue therapy while also enjoying cupping and aromatherapy. Known affectionately as "Tiny but Mighty" by her co-workers, she has also been an instructor of massage therapy. Roxie is passionate about identifying trouble areas and helping clients achieve ultimate relief and well-being. She enjoys getting outdoors and hiking with her family.
